Finding your perfect fit in latex fashion has never been more empowering. At Form Latex, we believe every body deserves to feel confident and bold in expertly crafted latex.

How It Works

Step 1 — Choose Made-to-Measure 
On the product page, select Made-to-Measure from the Size options, then complete your order as normal.

Step 2 — Submit Your Measurements
Complete the form below with your measurements. All fields must be completed in either inches or centimetres. Use a decimal point (.) for fractional values — commas are not accepted. Enter 0 for any measurements that do not apply.

Step 3 — Custom Design (Optional) 
If you don't find the exact item you're looking for in our store but have an image of a design you love, you can upload it in the last field of the form. We'll create a fully bespoke garment based on your preferences.
