Our clients were the names you recognise — the ones with flagship stores on the right streets in the right cities. They sent us their briefs, their standards, their expectations. We sent back finished latex clothing that met all of them. This went on for twenty-five years without most of the industry knowing we existed.
It's a familiar arrangement, if you think about it. Apple doesn't manufacture the iPhone in California. Tesla's best-selling vehicles come off a line in Shanghai. This isn't compromise — it's the logical conclusion of where precision manufacturing actually lives. China has the land, the workforce, the supply chain depth, and the industrial policy to support production at a level most countries simply can't match. The most demanding latex clothing brands on earth figured this out a long time ago.

Latex clothing doesn't forgive mistakes.
The material is temperature-sensitive, structurally unforgiving, and completely resistant to shortcuts. A seam that's off by two millimetres shows. A bond that isn't fully cured fails. The kind of knowledge required to get it right — consistently, across thousands of latex garments — takes years to build and can't be taught from a manual.
We've been building it since 2001. Tens of thousands of orders for international houses, each one slightly different, each one adding something to what we know. That accumulation is the thing you can't buy or replicate. It just takes time.

That changes now. FORM LATEX handles everything in-house — concept, pattern development, production — which means we control every decision about every bespoke latex clothing piece we make. Proportion, detail, material weight, colour. Nothing gets handed off. Nothing gets compromised to fit someone else's brief.

The latex clothing industry runs on patience. Clients order, then wait. Two months is standard for a handmade latex garment — the material is demanding, the process is slow, and most factories have accepted this as fixed.
We haven't.

4 material thicknesses, because a latex clothing piece worn under stage lighting needs to behave differently from one worn to dinner, and both deserve to be made properly.
